Changes to Order or Cancellations
Please call us at (416) 462-2735 to change or cancel an online order. We require a minimum of 24 hours after making online order to request any adjustments or cancellations. No cancellations or refunds will be granted after this 24 hour time period.
All of our products are shipped via Canada post. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. For your convenience our online shop allows you to have your order shipped to you or ready for in-store pick-up.
Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the processing of your order and shipping is calculated by weight and size (dimensional weight) of your order as well as your location.
Serano bakery reserves the right to change courier carriers or services if we need to.
Please note all orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow a minimum of 4 business days after your order is scheduled to arrive before notifying us of an un-received shipment – please email us at email@example.com. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number if available for the courier service used.
Serano bakery will not guarantee or refund any packages damaged or delayed in delivery due to the recipient not being home or conditions beyond our control. These factors may include but are not limited to: weather, traffic delays, mechanical errors, strikes, or inaccurate shipping information.
Please make sure you check that all your delivery information is accurate before checkout.
Return and Exchange Policy
Any food items that have been opened cannot be returned, all items must be returned before 10 calendar days of receiving shipment.
Please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (416) 462-2735 before returning any items, all items returned will be refunded less any shipping charges paid on the original order.
If you receive any incorrect items please call us at (416) 462-2735 within 2 days of receiving your package and we will correct the error. Please do not ship the item back before calling and notifying us of the error.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address in the system, provided by you (the customer) at the time of ordering, We will re-ship the order at your own expense. If you (the customer) choose not to have the order re-shipped, a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to return an in-store pick-up please make sure to bring with you the original receipt and the product as refunds will not be given without the product or the receipt within 7 days of picking up the order.
