KANDY’S – Sweet W/ Strawberry Syrup Ypovrichio

Using sugar, aroma & a little bit of glucose the result is perfect. First, the sugar with the glucose are boiled & as soon as the mixture sets, the aroma is added. It needs to cool down a bit & then the process starts to get its final colour. That is where it takes patience to “work” it as much as it is needed to be ready to go into the jars & sit on the shelf until you enjoy it in a glass of ice water!
