Description
Rigatoni are hollow, tubular-shaped pasta with a ridged exterior and straight cuts at each end. Misko Rigatoni lends itself beautifully to both stovetop and baked preparations. Serve this pasta, al dente, with a chunky Bolognese or beef or lamb ragu.
